The treatment is exclusively manual, use physical manipulation, articulation of joints and a unique variety of stretching such as muscle energy technique to increase the mobility of joints, relieve muscle tension and enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues.
Osteopathy contrary to certain manual treatment is not a long-term treatment procedure. With the exception of managing chronic conditions, osteopathy aims to resolve the patient’s health in 3 sessions.
