The knowledge acquired is practiced by conducting a detailed Biomechanics Evaluation and selecting the most appropriate Orthotic insoles from wide range of  medical grade‘Vasyli Brand’latest generation custom heat-moldable orthotic insoles developed on the principal Triplanar Motion Control™ That’s the ability to control foot function in all 3 cardinal planes: frontal, transverse, and sagittal.

The selected insole is then specially crafted and customized to support feet to realign individual’s Gait, Posture and Biomechanics.

VASYLI CUSTOM HIGH DENSITY (Red)

Designed for high performance, this range provides both durability and solid biomechanical control. Red, high-density orthotics are ideal for athletes or high-activity individuals and

overweight patients. Available in 3/4 and full-length models.

VASYLI CUSTOM MEDIUM DENSITY (Blue)

Designed for the patient with an “average” weight and activity level and general orthotic needs, medium-density orthotics provide excellent biomechanical control. Available in 3/4 and full-length models

VASYLI CUSTOM LOW DENSITY (Green)

The low-density orthotic is ideal for individuals who require special consideration such as seniors or patients with diabetes or arthritis. Patients adapt easily to the mild functional control while the correct biomechanical position is maintained. Available in 3/4 and full-length models.

VASYLI CUSTOM EXTENDED SLIMFIT

MEDIUM DENSITY

The VASYLI Custom Extended Slimfit is specifically designed to fit ladies’ fashion shoes, such as high heels. The flexible base allows easy contouring of the shank of the shoe. The rearfoot angle is reduced to 2 degrees due to the “high-heel factor” (tibio talar axis), which inverts the foot as the heel is raised. The thin sulcus extension gives comfort under the metatarsals.

VASYLI + DANANBERG 1ST RAY FUNCTION ORTHOTIC

The VASYLI + Howard Dananberg (VHD) orthotic is the world’s first professional orthotic device with removable 1st ray sections. You can remove proximal and distal plugs individually or together, as needed, making treatment of 1st ray function easier.

To accommodate variations in the length of a patient’s foot and toes, you can remove the plugs when fitting the orthotic, ensuring the head of the first metatarsophalangeal joint (MPJ) coincides with the removed plug.

VASYLI + McPOIL SPORTS INJURY RECOVERY

The VASYLI + McPoil tissue stress relief prefabricated foot orthotic is the result of a collaboration between Phillip Vasyli and Prof. Thomas G. McPoil, PhD, PT, ATC.
