When we talk about enhancing Physical Performance, what comes to mind is correct technique and strengthening the musculature to perform that activity. But not many are aware that wrong posture or gait also affect the physical performance and make them more prone to injuries.
Mal-alignment usually of the lower limb hampers the performance and the endurance of the person. This makes it important to have your biomechanical alignment corrected with the help of Orthotics, condition-specific shoes, specific Biomechanical exercises
