Active Age Group (18 to 35): Active lifestyle involving sports & other high impact activities are always at risk of injury. Neglecting foot, ankle not only invites problems in the lower limb but also in other parts of the body, such as the legs and back. There can also be undesirable personality effects. The youngster with troublesome feet walks awkwardly and usually has poor general posture. As a result, they may become shy, introverted, and avoid athletics and social functions.

Middle Age Group (36-50): Aging process combined with busy and stressful life style reduces physical activity, which leads to degeneration of bones and muscle wasting. Aim is to provide a feasible exercise program that goes with their need & active lifestyle & enhance their performance.
